Today, we had our annual fall inspection. Upon arrival the technician went directly to our upstairs furnance taking care not to track outside dirt inside. Next, she inspected our downstairs unit. Changed the filters on both units. After completing both inspections she explained the current working condition of each unit since they are of different ages and made specific recommendations. Chris Cleveland was both courteous and professional. She was very knowledgeable in responding to our questions. It was a pleasure to begin our day with such a wonderful person visiting our home.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Estes, and it was all because of Cris! She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely amazing at what she does. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, why she was recommending certain services, and how those services would benefit me.
In the past, I have often felt like I needed to spend hundreds of dollars without truly understanding why. For the first time, everything made sense! I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the recommendations rather than feeling like I was being taken advantage of. That kind of honesty, transparency, and customer service makes all the difference.
My previous experience with Estes had left me so disappointed that I was considering leaving the company altogether. After working with Cris, my perspective completely changed. That is how much of an impact one person can make! She didn't just provide excellent customer service; she restored my confidence in the company.

A mistake was made and we lost heat just as the seasons were changing. I was in the middle of my husband’s hospitalization and worried about bringing him home to a house with no heat. Everyone was very helpful with Ulises the one who came out on Sunday morning and now we have heat.

Ruben, Carlos, and Que were very quick and efficient in installing my new AC and Furnace! Ruben did a great job at explaining everything to me after the install! Also Leverne was great at getting us the estimate very quickly and getting it installed next day!
