YAASSSSS!!!! That’s what I’m saying every time I walk by a mirror. Raquel is a consummate professional who made my permanent brow experience a breeze. Her level of skill, technique and attention to detail is refreshing and comforting. From our initial conversation I felt like I was in capable hands. She did not disappoint! Ladies, this is the best investment I’ve made in myself in years, the way she did my permanent brows took 10 years off in less than an hour!!! BLACK GIRL LUXURY at it’s finest!
