This place and their people (and furry family) were so kind and patient with me and my monster cat Psy. He came back with a clean bill of health. The doctor was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. I felt pleased and confident with the services we received.
- Price assessment: Reasonable price
Dr. Lambert is a great veterinarian, and we have taken our dogs there for many years (when it was Lambert's Animal Clinic). He's always been helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff has also been great. For my 2 star deduction...when Eternity bought his business, they made a business decision to not stock any products on the shelf. You either have to purchase it online (super expensive when products require a prescription like Royal Canin) or drive 45 minutes round trip to get what you need at a lower cost. A vet clinic that doesn't stock product is not helpful especially to a small town that needs access to those types of products at an affordable cost. I hope they change their mind so that they can better service this town.

We moved from Ohio, where some of the finest Veterinarians practice. I had been through Vet after Vet, finally I found Dr. Lambert. Whom from the very start my 2 dogs Zebby and Surrey liked. I have been using the clinic for a few years now with no complaints, until I had to go to another Vet because remodeling and Dr.Lambert was unavailable. Dr Reynolds was nice ,she saw Surrey and was helpful. As I said I had go to another Vet farther away .To make this short our baby boy Zebby has a very aggressive Anal Tumor. Because of her lack of empathy I chose to call Dr.Lamberts office to ask about Euthanasia. When that girl on the phone told me they do not offer that service, I was speechless. In all my years working in Veterinary,I was speechless( considering the oath that is taken by ALL VETERINARIANS. To end all pain and suffering. Now what am I to do. My opinion of the Vet just ended. I trusted him.Now my poor Zeb has this painful large mass called Cancer and his Mum has no one to go to ,to get him any help. All I can say is "l entrusted my kids lives with clinic, and you left us down Horribley.
Dr. Lambert has been my Vet for a long time and has always been the best with my furr-babies! I would highly recommend. The staff is nice & helpful too. JJ JACKSON
The staff really cares about your pets.
Since the owners have changed it has not been the same. I went up there to get my cats fixed back in October. We made the appointment to fix them in early November. I got a call the day before that they could not go through with my appointment because they didn’t have enough anesthesia in stock but they would call to reschedule after they got more in. It’s February and i’ve haven’t heard anything since. Horrible customer service. Also I saw the staff treating one of their receptionists like a dog. Treating her like she was dumb and talking bad about her behind her back. Totally unprofessional and uninviting. I had heard good things about this vet ever since I was a kid but It’s priorities have obviously changed since.
Nice
This was our first visit here with a new puppy. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor and staff in the treatment room were wonderful. The doctor took the time to explain what I asked about. I was very pleased with our visit here.
