Courtney was friendly and efficient. The waxing process was not painful. I appreciated that she warned me about the eyebrow tint, saying it would probably be too dark (I had mentioned that because my brows were very blond, a dark tint would not work for me). She showed me how to fill in my brows with a pencil to give me the look I wanted.
