My wife has had her MKIV Golf when it only had thirty- seven miles on it. Before that she a ninety- six Golf she had until our son ran over a small retaining wall and punched a fatal hole in the oil pan. I am only relating this to show my wife's love for Golfs, which are very utilitarian vehicles. Now, for the best part...the guys at Eurowise. I first contacted Evan several months ago about the golf and the leaking cv shaft seal. The transmission made no noise and shifted perfectly, but the leaking could not continue. With a twenty-one year old car, you can imagine the condition that most all transmissions would be in, plus you have to find one that will fit your particular year and engine. So, you end up getting a transmission that likely has been sitting in the dirt, getting rained on for years. Then you pay five to eight hundred dollars plus freight for this part that may be worse than the one you have. I can promise that I am a blessed man to have found a company in Oregon that had two brand new, old stock five speed transmissions in stock (purchased from dealership in Germany several years ago) that promised would fit my car. There are a slew of transmissions and engine variation, this one fitting my particular engine was amazing. Now, I have the transmission and it was sent to Eurowise. Evan sent me an email as soon as he received it. He sent me an estimate including everything he "might encounter" during the install. After only one week, I was called and told it was ready. My wife and I went to pay, what I considered a very fair price, and we picked it up. Also, the mechanic that did the work was there as well. After all of that, I was more than assured this work was done by people there very much professional...and we're proud of their work. We have had the car for a week now and no problems of any sort. I went up under it repair a small coolant leak, and it looked brand new where they had to work. No loose fasteners, no missing clamps, no damaged tubing or hoses...and clean! I somewhat apologize for the length of this review, but I just wanted the readers to know the importance of this car to my wife, and the load that was lifted off of us, especially me. So, if you think that I will not use Eurowise again, please think again.

Terrible they had my McLaren GT for three weeks. The brakes are still making a terrible noise., The heated seat that they fixed they definitely put the wrong heating element into the car. It’s absolutely on fire, The trunk lid still does not open correctly. I was told a long time ago from the Marlborough man with the RS-7 That these guys suck, but Tactical fleet still took my car to them. They are absolute trash
Unfortunately I believe this was left under the incorrect business, we are owned and operated separately from Eurowise Performance and do not work on exotic vehicles.
Bad Experience!!! I sat in my car for an extended period while your staff saw me and failed to acknowledge me. When I came inside, no one greeted me, and I was treated rudely. I called to speak with the owner, and ironically, the owner was there. Every time I’ve visited in the past, the owner has never greeted me and has appeared unwelcoming, with no effort to assist customers. You send text messages asking customers to return, but when they do, you fail to show basic courtesy or appreciation. Your competitors treated me with far more respect and professionalism. I’m glad I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Take a lesson from your competition—customer service matters!
Thomas, we apologize for the bad experience with us. Unfortunately, when a customer comes in heated and upset before the appointment even started we have the right to refuse business with that customer. We had a great phone call afterwards where you apologized, and we even did the courtesy of recommending other shops to go to in the future. We sincerely wish you the best with all of your endeavors.
All in all pleased with service provided. Slight delay in parts, but once received work was done quickly and as promised. I will remember and use them in the future.

Great service in all areas not just my car. Will return and leave another review after I have some services done. Want to say that the shop and waiting area is clean and all the employees were knowledgeable and friendly and it’s full service I have a 335is stage 2 and they knew what I have and what it requires to stay healthy what a relief it is to have that level of competence and care for me and my car.
