We rented tables, chairs, and linens for our rehearsal dinner, and everything was perfect! Event Party Rentals was wonderful to work with for our wedding. They helped us with a clear tent setup in the Darlington House courtyard/rose garden area, along with staggered disco balls and twinkle lights, and everything turned out beautifully.
Samantha was great to work with and helped us coordinate everything very last minute due to an unexpected rain forecast just a few days before the wedding. She was responsive, helpful, and even assisted in coordinating with another couple getting married the following day so we could split the cost of the tent.
The final setup ended up being one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding. Guests could not stop complimenting the clear tent, lighting, and disco ball setup, and it created such a beautiful atmosphere for the evening. Their team was also very impressive during installation — the process was clearly labor intensive, and everything was done with a lot of precision and care.
We also added smilax greenery to the tent, provided by @sungrown.florals, which tied everything together perfectly. We’re so grateful to Event Party Rentals for helping bring the space together, especially on such a tight timeline!
