Customers frequently praise the friendly staff, fast service, and fresh, high-quality bowls, noting that employees help guide first-time visitors through menu options and samples. Some reviewers find the pricing fair or reasonable for the portion sizes. However, recurring criticisms include hygiene concerns, such as unsanitary practices and dirty dining areas, along with complaints about limited payment methods, incorrect orders, and instances of being turned away near closing time.

Amazing place. My girlfriend loves it here and she always gets the same thing, they make it perfect every time. I personally love the vanilla and açaí base because I love how good it is. Everyone is so nice and hardworking…they even let us come in 5 minutes before closing. If you haven’t tried everbowl, you should. Fast service and it’s amazing.
