Highly recommend! Evergreen daycare has been a blessing for our family. Our child joined at four months, a lil infant. They poured love and affection in taking care, documenting early milestones, naps/ diaper/milk, food habits and my kid’s preferences. They introduce variety of food options and teach the baby to love food. My kid can never be a picky eater thanks to their guidance and weaning methodology. The staff is extremely friendly, caring and highly responsive to any questions we have- my favorite people. They celebrate birthdays with lots of splendor and enthusiasm. My kid never got sick or germs from the daycare their cleanliness and organization is above par!

Evergreen Childcare provided home-cooked food, the space was clean and organized, and our child came home happy everyday. We appreciated the kindness of the teachers - especially my kiddo found Mahboub very kind and caring. The center puts a lot of emphasis on making sure that kids are learning well and are academically competitive. The short hours and lack of daily report were hard for us as working parents.

We started looking for a daycare for our son when he was about 14 months old, and honestly, we were very picky. We toured close to 20 daycares before making a decision because it's such a big step to leave your little baby with people you don't know. There were a lot of places that just didn't feel right to us. Some didn't provide meals, which meant packing lunch every day for a toddler. Others didn't seem very clean, some teachers didn't appear very engaged, and a few served mostly processed or heat-and-serve foods. The first time we walked into Evergreen Childcare, it immediately felt different. It was warm, welcoming, and most importantly, I felt comfortable leaving my child there. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean everything was. Everyone takes their shoes off when they come in, which may sound like a small thing, but it mattered a lot to me. I send my son in white socks, and they come home white. That says a lot about how well they keep the place. The food has also been wonderful. They serve homemade meals with lots of fruits and vegetables, and my son has actually learned to eat foods there that we never really made at home. He's almost two now and eats independently and sits at the dinner table with us like a big kid. What really makes Evergreen special, though, are the teachers. They are caring, patient, and genuinely seem to love the kids. As a parent, you can tell when people are just doing a job versus when they truly care, and the teachers here really care. I never worry when I drop my son off because I know he's being looked after by people who know him well and want the best for him. I've had experience with daycares through my older children, and I've also heard plenty of stories from friends over the years. Because of that, I don't say this lightly: Evergreen Childcare has exceeded our expectations in every way. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. We're so grateful for all the teachers and staff and everything they do every day. They have helped our son grow, learn, and thrive, and I would highly recommend Evergreen Childcare to any family looking for a safe, clean, and loving place for their child.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The food is amazing and well balanced — they regularly serve meals with meat, rice, and vegetables, which we really appreciate. It’s family owned, and you can truly feel the love and care they put into the kids every day. Our child has formed great bonds with both the teachers and the other kids, and always looks forward to going there. There are lots of fun activities, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about creating a warm, happy environment. Highly recommend!

Deciding on a daycare for your baby can feel daunting. Evergreen has been a great fit for our 17-month-old boy. He is welcomed each day with smiles and coos, and comes home clean, well fed, and changed. He won’t nap in a crib at home but from day 1 they got him napping in their space—magical. Often, he doesn’t want to leave he’s having so much fun. Staffing has been very consistent and he seems to love all the lovely women who work here. The daycare also does a great job at recognizing different holidays and all the kids’ birthdays. (The video we received of him clapping for himself while a room of kids sang happy birthday to him remains one of the absolute most precious gifts). I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the North Juanita/Totem Lake area and are looking for a well staffed at-home daycare with consistent caregivers.

This is our son’s first child care, and we couldn’t be happier with the Evergreen childcare, specifically the teachers, they are warm welcoming most importantly very caring, I can feel that every time I drop my baby, he just go in never look at me back , straight to the fun place. The childcare is very clean, and organized. We are happy that the teachers are caring and truly look after the children. Overall, we are very happy with this child care. And we do recommend this place every person ask about child care.

I can’t recommend this daycare enough. Both of my children attend, and the peace of mind we have as parents is invaluable. The environment is incredibly nurturing and friendly, making our kids feel right at home every day. It’s clear the staff truly care about the children’s well-being and development.

My son has really enjoyed his time at this daycare. He was always well taken care of, and I could see how much he was learning and growing each day. The teachers are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. It gave me great peace of mind knowing he was in such a positive and nurturing environment. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe and caring place for their child.

After moving to Kirkland from Bellevue, we transitioned our son here from a daycare center based on a strong recommendation from a friend—and we couldn’t be happier!! From day one, he’s been greeted with warm smiles and a consistent routine that makes drop-offs tear-free and easy for all of us! The environment feels safe, loving, and personal—just like a second home. With only three consistent teachers, all of whom are experienced mothers themselves, the care feels deeply nurturing. Their support has been incredible, helping our son transition to solid foods when we were struggling and even start enjoying fruit, which he often refuses at home! We’ve noticed a big improvement in his health, too—he was frequently sick with stomach bugs at the previous center, but here he’s only had a few minor colds. The smaller group of children and clean environment make a huge difference in this regard! Beyond the physical care, the teachers have also offered great parenting advice and have helped us through a few key transitions. Our son is now singing his ABCs, counting, and learning so much more from both the teachers and the mixed-age group of children—an ideal setup for an only child. We feel incredibly grateful to have been referred to Evergreen Childcare. It’s truly a special place that we consider a second home for our son and we look forward to the next few years with them!
