We initiated the process 3 years ago. This year we finally had a window where we could be out for 10 days and the floor could be worked on. It turned out exactly as we wanted. We got home and the floor was perfect. No old stains, consistent color and sheen, no smell and everything was really clean. Tyler communicated with us while away so no issues. Great Job all around.
My husband and I waited a very long time to finally make the switch from carpeted flooring to hardwood flooring. Our carpets survived 3 kids, 2 dogs and 27 years of general wear and tear. Deciding on a reputable company that not only provides quality work at a fair price but is also trustworthy, timely and a pleasure to work with is incredibly stressful. You want to make sure you get it right. No need to look any further....Tyler and his team at Evergreen Hardwood are the best. I did lots of research (more than I should) and am so glad we chose Evergreen. We first chose Tyler to install hardwood throughout our entire downstairs level (including 2 staircases). After seeing the beautiful outcome and enjoying our interaction with Tyler, we decided to have him install hardwood throughout our entire second level. On the lower level of our home, he perfectly blended our existing hardwood with the newly installed hardwood. The transition is seamless....it looks like they were installed at the same time! During the 2nd phase of our project, we had all the carpeting in the bedrooms removed and hardwood installed throughout. I never imagined the difference! The upstairs rooms are beautiful. And so easy to maintain. I do not miss carpeted bedrooms at all! I could not be happier with the results. When we decided on Evergreen, we were swayed by the fact that hardwood flooring is all these guys do. No tile, no carpet. These guys are strictly hardwood floor professionals. When it comes time for the work to be done, Tyler and Brit are the ones who do the actual work....no hired workers who lack experience, no subcontractors you never met. Given the large scope of our projects, feeling confident that we were handing over the keys to our home to someone we trusted was hugely important to us. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed. These guys are fantastic.
Tyler and Brett refinished the worn oak floors in our new-to-us home. The floors look great and I appreciate that every speck of sanding dust was vacuumed. They're very attentive to details, are punctual, keep you in the loop, and respect your home as they work. It's clear to me that Tyler and Brett love what they do.
TYLER AND BRITT ARE AN AMAZING TEAM. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, ORGANIZED AND READY TO WORK. THEIR SCEDULE FOR REPLACING AND REFINISHING OUR FLOORS WAS RIGHT ON TARGET. WORK WAS PERFORMED EXACTLY AS PRESENTED IN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. I SHOULD ALSO MENTION THAT EVERY DAY WHEN THEY LEFT OUR HOME, IT WAS LEFT CLEAN AND NEAT. THE FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL!! Tyler and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job expanding and restoring our hardwoods. They look excellent. They were very organized and good at communicating and coordinating the process, and professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommend them!
They did a great job on our wood floor refinishing project. 22 years of kids and dogs had done a number. A few areas were damaged by water that had sat, pet stains and a daughters high heel. All came out beautifully and the hole repair was undetectable. They treated our house gently during the process. Highly recommend them.
