We have a clearly posted “No Soliciting” sign above our doorbell. Despite having it pointed out, the salesperson continued his pitch. I would have been more receptive to mailed information highlighting the company’s services and competitive advantages. Disregarding homeowners’ boundaries and disparaging competitors is not an effective way to earn trust or business.
