I been searching for permanent lights and everlights was the best option. Remember, you get what you pay for and this will not disappoint. The installer Jonathon was great and went above and beyond to make sure it looked clean.

We had our EverLights installed a little over a year ago. Around Jan 2026, we began to have issues with our transformer. We reached out to customer support for repairs. We have been in the queue for a repair ever since with no date in sight. It is now April 2026. During this time we have not been able to use our system at all. I would not recommend these lights, as you spend a lot of money on the install, but they do not have the staffing to make repairs within a reasonable amount of time. Now we are 5k in the hole, with a system that doesn’t work. Heavily disappointed but will continue to seek legal action.

I’m really pleased with our Everlights. The finished look is impressive, bright, colorful, and incredibly customizable. It adds a polished, festive touch to the house all year long, not just during the holidays. There were a few issues during the initial installation, which was a bit frustrating at first. But to their credit, the Everlights team was quick to respond and made everything right. They came back out, fixed the problems, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. What stood out most was their commitment to customer service. They didn’t just install and disappear, they followed through until everything was exactly how it should be. Overall, I highly recommend Everlights for both the quality of their lighting and their willingness to stand behind their work.
We shopped around for permanent exterior holiday lighting and we liked the look of EverLights best (traditional Christmas style lights vs the lights that shine down on the facade) and they also had the best price. Beware of so-called EverLights resellers, get them directly from EverLights. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and did not pressure us.

Do NOT use this company. Worst service and customer support. We got the lights installed on December 1st, and on the 5th (just 4 days later) they stopped working. The app wouldn’t connect and we couldn’t do anything with them. When we reached out to Amanda, the contact who helped get the installation set up, she told us that our power going out must have shorted the bridge connection and we would have to contact the support services. She could not tell us how long this would take. We sent the email per her instructions and got no reply. We asked Amanda again for help and she advised it was a different department and she couldn’t do anything for us. It has been over a month and neither the service support nor Amanda has responded to our requests for help, the service support has not even acknowledged they received our request for help. We have texted, called, emailed, left voicemails and still no resolution has even been attempted. This whole time we have had no lights on our house and are somehow expected to pay for a product that malfunctioned 4 days after installation with such lack of communication we are beyond frustrated and ready to have them uninstalled. Save yourself time and a headache and go anywhere else.
Great service and very professional. They did everything they said they would do. Very satisfied and recommend them if you want your lights done right!
