Bob came out almost immediately to fix my running faucet outside. He worked quickly and professionally and got the job done. Thank you so much Bob.
But as for Evernest, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS. They will charge you for things out of your control, things you've continuously put request in that keeps breaking And charge you for things that AREN'T on your lease but always says, per your lease!!! They are money hungry thieves. RUUUUUUN

Had a wonderful experience renting a home from Evernest. Ms. Mariela Garcia was our Resident Services Specialist and she took good care of us every step of the way. Would rent again!
If you're thinking about working with them, I'd suggest NOT. The houses are disgusting, please make sure you go look before you're renting/buying from them. If renting they don't care about their tenants at all and will not care to return any calls about concerns you may make. I am so lucky and my property switched property management months into living here- such a blessing. Please save your time and your money and do not rent with evernest.
I'm so glad South Point Maintenance sent Taylor on 7/30/26 to resolve the backed up sewer issue. He inspected the problem, asked questions then went to get the right equipment for the task. It was a very hot day and he worked (running the line twice) to clear the clog from the house to the sewer across the yard and across the street.
He was very respectful of the property inside and out. I highly recommend. South Point Maintenance.
