**Review: Unresolved Leak, Voided Warranty, and Unsolicited Upsell** **Rating:** $\star$☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) **Date of Estimate:** October 7 **Date of Service:** October 10 **Amount Paid:** $1,650 I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. After receiving an estimate on October 7, I entered into a contract for $1,650 based on fixing a specific roof leak, which included a promised 3-year warranty on the work. The work was completed on October 10, but not only was the original roof leak left completely unresolved, the contractor's actions actually created an even bigger issue. To make matters worse, I was informed that the warranty was somehow voided. When I reached out regarding these failures, the only "resolution" offered was an aggressive upsell to completely replace the entire roof—a costly option that was never once mentioned or discussed during the initial contract signing. Ultimately, I was charged $1,650 for an unfulfilled service, left with a worsened leak, given no warranty or guarantee on the work performed, and faced with an unexpected sales pitch for a new roof. I cannot recommend this company and advise others to be extremely cautious. The fact that you're claiming this is fake makes you look even worse. Complete scam. To jog your memory, attached is a contract from your company. Just as a follow up, I would check them out on the Better Business Bureau. They have a similar complaint from another recent job.

Everlast Roofing and Gutters did an amazing job repairing portions of my home's roof in Wayne and cleaning/extending my gutters. There were several issues ranging from holes in shingles to chimney sealing that were addressed during their couple visits. I also appreciated their honesty and expertise in suggesting that I did not need a new roof immediately for a few years, although a home inspector stated I should look into it. I recommend them for your home's repair regardless of the size and scope of the job.
