My husband called for an estimate and they were here within an hour, and quickly. The employees were kind and my husband asked how much would it be to remove a fridge. They said $59.00, my husband agreed and they took the fridge into the dumpster. When I went outside to pay, the employee said no, it's $160.00. My husband confirmed he heard $59.00, and it was repeated no, its $160.00. I called the receptionist, Cecilia to ask if they would meet in the middle since it was such a large difference and my husband confirmed twice it was $59.00 before the item was loaded. She said she would call Anthony, the owner, to ask what they can do and call me right back. My husband came inside and said Anthony texted the employees there was no meeting in the middle, and they unloaded the fridge. The customer service is less than par and we dont appreciate being told different prices once items are loaded.

Our minimum service charge is $119, and we do not provide exact pricing over the phone without first seeing the items and evaluating the job. Given that our minimum is $119, we would not be able to remove two refrigerators for $59. It appears there was a miscommunication, and we regret that it resulted in this experience. We also want to clarify that we do not have a Cecilia in our office. Anthony was in a meeting at the time and was unable to speak with our team until later in the day. After speaking with our crew and getting a better understanding of where the confusion may have occurred, we attempted to reach you a couple of times to discuss the situation and resolve the misunderstanding, but we were unable to reach you. At Everyday Junk Removal, we take pride in providing quality service and making sure our customers feel taken care of. Our five-star reviews reflect the importance we place on customer satisfaction, and we are disappointed that we fell short of your expectations in this instance.
