Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience. I had an active plumbing issue and this technician James R. went out to locate my main water shut-off valve. Instead of focusing on the job, I became concerned when I found technician James R. holding a 3-foot section of my excess copper piping. I had not authorized him to take the pipe, and his explanation did not resolve my concerns about why he had it. The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning his professionalism.
Resolution: Ryan B. came out to understand the situation and resolved professionally by refunding the service fee. The experience of one salesman should not reflect reputations of the whole company. I am pleased with the service fee being refunded but want customers to be keen about looking up the actual pricing of the minor repairs and not be fooled into an up-sale of an whole home water softener when that was not the original concern.
Cole was amazing. Honest and knowledgeable. Someone we feel that we can trust and use for any future issues. Won’t call anyone else. Had a bad experience with a big named company that quoted us crazy pricing: Cole was able to find a cleanout within 40 minutes where this other company took hours couldn’t find it and wanted to bill me thousands of dollars to add a new cleanout. Cole found two of them at my house! Will definitely use again and refer them to friends and family.
Chase from Everyday Plumbing was great. He was here about an hour after I called initially about my gas line/pool heater. Figured out the issue quickly, fixed the problem and made sure that not only the heater was working but that my other appliances using gas were still working. He explained everything along the way as well.
