Cleaners were very friendly, unfortunately the cleaning service was very underwhelming. I requested a deep cleaning (with charged add ons) and was given a surface level cleaning. They had to come two times due to the first cleaner having minimal experience. Management was nice enough to send someone a second day,…

I just wanted to say I've been using this company for years (since 2022) and they do a wonderful job cleaning. Great service and communication.
I usually work from home and they are cleaning while I'm working. Everyone that has come over the years has been respectful of that, especially if l've been on any meetings.

Cleaners were very friendly, unfortunately the cleaning service was very underwhelming. I requested a deep cleaning (with charged add ons) and was given a surface level cleaning. They had to come two times due to the first cleaner having minimal experience. Management was nice enough to send someone a second day, but the second cleaner left before addressing any problem areas, stating she had another appointment. I had high hopes and tried to stay positive, but was met with subpar cleaning.

They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge.
The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free.
It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!

We were out of town on holiday and it was so refreshing to come home to a clean house! The attention to detail was phenomenal - the way they organized my teen daughter's rooms was so sweet, everything was thoroughly cleaned and our personal items were lovingly put back better than before! It shows they put heart in their work and we are so grateful ❤️ We highly recommend!
