This was my first facial in over a year, and I had such a great experience with Erika. She was extremely thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was also genuinely delightful to talk to, which made the appointment even more enjoyable. What I especially appreciated was how much time she took afterward to go over her recommendations for my skin. She answered all of my questions and helped me rebuild my skincare regimen in a way that went far beyond what I expected. I never felt rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients understand and improve their skin. I also purchased a few skincare products from her, and she was incredibly generous and even gave me a great product for free. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience and very grateful for how knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming she was. I would absolutely recommend Erika to anyone looking for a high-quality facial and personalized skincare guidance. I’ll definitely be coming back!
