Customers frequently praise Excel Fleet Inc for punctual drivers, clean vehicles, and responsive communication from office staff during events like weddings and proms. However, low-star reviews highlight instances of significant delays, rude driver behavior, and unresolved issues where staff failed to return calls or offered inadequate solutions for vehicle problems.

Excel Fleet Limo was a top notch experience for my daughter’s HOCO with all of her friends. We decided on getting a party bus very late in the game and were worried we weren’t going to find a company with good customer service. We were so wrong! Evelyn was so helpful and reassuring that the party bus would exceed our expectations, and it did. The chauffeur was on time and treated my daughter and her friends exceptionally. The party bus definitely got the party started before they even got to the dance. I highly recommend this company!!
This bus was for 19 kids and they had an absolute blast! Joe was our chauffeur and was very polite and nice. He drove around so the kids could enjoy the bus with music and lights.
Evelyn came through for me in a last minute pinch and the process was simple. My driver Juan was polite and professional. I will definitely use their limo service again.
We had such a great experience for my daughter’s quinceañera! Our driver, JC, was amazing and so patient and flexible with us. It ended up raining that day, so plans were changing and there was quite a bit of waiting around. He even had a bunch of teenagers directing him on where they wanted to go and he just rolled with everything and never made us feel rushed.
Evelyn in the office was also wonderful! She was great at communicating with me throughout the whole process and made everything so easy leading up to the day. We really appreciated how accommodating everyone was, especially with all the last-minute changes. Thank you JC and Evelyn for helping make our daughters day so special! 💜 Definitely recommend!!!
Absolutely outstanding limo service! The car was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful, and our driver was professional, punctual, and incredibly friendly. Everything was smooth from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Excellent communication, great service, and very reliable. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!
