Customers consistently praise Excel Lawn Care for its punctuality, fair pricing, and effective communication regarding scheduling and service updates. Reviewers highlight the company's reliability in maintaining lawns, repairing sprinklers, and performing landscaping tasks like aeration and bed reclamation. While the owner responds to all feedback, a single low-star review alleges an attempt to charge significantly more than the initial quote and threaten liens, contrasting with the general positive sentiment.
