Needed a shower valve replaced. I was able to get an appointment right away. They stayed in touch every step of the way. They showed me how to avoid the problem in the future and replace it myself each winter. The repair person did not talk down to me. I would have liked more of a price breakdown, e.g. parts, hourly…
