My husband and I recently attended a pasta making class with Chef Jessica and we had the best time. Chef Jessica leads an entertaining and informative class. The meal we prepared was delicious. We left the class with the skills to make fresh pasta at home, as well as other tidbits that will be put into daily practice in our kitchen. I cannot recommend taking cooking classes from her enough!! My daughter and husband had a blast. My daughter took a few classes. We moved to FL so unless we’re in town and are fortunate to find a last minute booking, we probably won’t get to take anymore classes. They’re a hot commodity! My husband’s and daughter’s picture is still up on the website and my daughter loves it and checks every so often to see if she’s still “the chosen one”, as she would put it lol!

We have done classes with Jessica on three separate occasions over the course of about four years covering a wide variety of foods from around the world. Her classes are our very favorite date night, and we always take home a wealth of knowledge that we end up applying in our own kitchen. Not to mention the fact that at the end of an awesome experience, you get to eat absolutely amazing food. I can't say enough how much I absolutely love Experience Cooking, and I'm already looking forward to our next date night at Jessica's house!
