Unprofessional initial consultation
I cannot speak to the quality of construction from Experts Remodel, as my experience is strictly limited to a 30-minute consultation with their representative, Jeff, for a kitchen remodel estimate.
In my opinion, the interaction was unprofessional and condescending. Despite us sharing our general ideas, he refused to provide an estimate or take measurements because we had not pre-selected exact brands and colors. Instead of outlining the company's process, he asked irrelevant questions, verbally threw out a random number to gauge our reaction, and criticized our level of excitement.
From my perspective, this visit was a poor use of time and a very disappointing customer service experience.
I'm not only a Virgo, but an engineer - so pretty detail oriented and got 6 quotes for the bathroom and kitchen upgrades I wanted. Chose Experts Remodel and would do so again.
First, they started within a week, showed up every day, were flexible and accommodating with every request, ordered all cabinets and accessories , clear on what I was responsible for ordering and were very professional (and pleasantly friendly) throughout.
They are finished BEFORE some of their competition would have begun. I am pleased and love both rooms. Quality product, creative builders and good people.

Hello Richard, we're absolutely delighted that you were happy with our work and chose us for your project! 😊 It's wonderful to hear that you appreciated our timing and professionalism. I discussed my project with six different contractors before choosing Experts Remodel. I'm very happy I waited to find the right fit. Unlike many companies, Experts Remodel uses a contract that is compliant with Maryland laws. (I was surprised by how many use a proposal or estimate rather than a full contract.)
Unlike any other company, Experts Remodel has Eli as a project manager. Eli is honest, detailed, knowledgeable, responsive to questions and concerns, and all around excellent to work with. He ensured everything was completed correctly and it was finished before the estimated completion date. Eli is truly a pleasure to work with.

I hired Experts Remodel to remodel two of my bathrooms, and I was so happy with the results that I ended up hiring them for several more projects, including refinishing my hardwood floors, painting the house, repainting my kitchen cabinets, and redoing my deck.
Eli was wonderful to work with. He always communicated promptly, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and genuinely cared that the work was done right. What impressed me most was his attention to detail—he noticed things that I didn’t and made sure they were fixed before the job was finished. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work.
Every project turned out beautifully, and my home feels completely refreshed. It’s hard to find contractors who are reliable, honest, and truly stand behind their work, but Experts Remodel exceeded my expectations every step of the way.
I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again for future projects. Thank you for making my home look so beautiful!
