Extremely disappointing experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Concord. As the owner of a local transportation company, I sent one of our professionally uniformed drivers to this location for a routine oil change on one of our well-maintained fleet vehicles. The vehicle was clearly marked with our company branding and business phone number. I personally called the location to pay for the service over the phone, something that should be a relatively straightforward transaction for a business managing multiple vehicles. Instead, the manager refused, repeatedly citing company policy. While businesses are entitled to establish payment policies, the manager's handling of the situation lacked flexibility, professionalism, and any apparent consideration for a legitimate commercial customer. To make matters worse, a routine oil change took approximately two hours, creating unnecessary downtime for our transportation operations. Approximately one week later, the same vehicle, which had been operating normally before the service, unexpectedly developed a check-engine light with two diagnostic trouble codes: P0302 (cylinder #2 misfire) and P0300 (random/multiple-cylinder misfire). Although I cannot definitively connect these mechanical problems to the oil change, the timing is troubling. We now face a repair estimate approaching $1,000 on a regularly maintained fleet vehicle. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the combination of the manager's dismissive approach, the excessive service time, and the unexpected mechanical issues that followed. As a business owner, I understand the importance of policies, but I also understand that customer service requires professionalism, reasonable communication, and respect for customers' time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location, particularly to fellow business owners and fleet operators who depend on efficient, professional, and reliable service.

Only honest auto repair shop in all of concord. They didn’t try and sell you on stuff you don’t need, are honest and caring for your vehicles needs and super fast. Daniel and Jamal are awesome to work with, super professional and genuine with diagnosing the problems to my vehicle. I couldn’t recommend enough. Only place I will take my vehicle too.
