Express Plumbing

Eric from Express Plumbing saved us from what could have turned into a major disaster—and from an unnecessary financial strain! Another large plumbing company told us we needed all new septic field lines and quoted us $15,000 for the job. To make matters worse, they left us waiting (wouldn't/couldn't answer questions or just show up) while we were dealing with a serious problem. Eric came out quickly, inspected the same issue the other company had looked at, and found the actual problem: the pipe carrying wastewater out of our septic tank was destroyed from the tank to about 4 feet from the tank. So it wasn't carrying the overflow out. That was what was causing our issues—not the field lines! Eric identified the real problem and fixed it! Instead of spending $15,000 on unnecessary work, we were able to address the actual issue. All because Eric took the time to properly diagnose the problem rather than jump straight to a major, expensive repair. His pricing was fair and reasonable, his communication was timely, and he was punctual. He didn't leave us waiting and feeling pressured into an expensive decision. He showed up, figured out what was really wrong, and got it fixed. The difference in service was night and day. It's refreshing to find a professional who values honesty, communicates well, respects your time, and focuses on solving the problem instead of selling you a costly solution ( that would have not fixed ANYTHING!) you may not need. I cannot recommend Eric and Express Plumbing enough! If you want someone who will show up, do the job right, and take the time to find the actual problem, give them a call. If you like wasting money call one of those "big" companies...or me...I'll be happy to help you with spending money. But seriously...do your self a favor....CALL EXPRESS PLUMBING FIRST!!!!!!! Thank you, Eric, for saving us and giving us peace of mind when we needed it most!

I’ve used Eric for 4 plus years now on remodels and new construction. If you need a reliable plumber that shows up on time and does the right work he’s the man for you.

We've had Eric come out a few times. He replaced our toilets and sink when we moved in. He's come out a couple other times to help with a couple other maintenance things. He is always very kind and has exceptional customer service. He explains what he's doing, and why he's doing it. We will always use him for services, and we will recommend him to other people.

I had a leak in my front yard between the meter and the house. After the leak was detected, I called Express Plumbing at the recommendation of the leak guy (Caleb with American Leak Detection 5*). Eric was out within an hour and made the repair with minimal damage to my lawn and now no more leak. If you need an honest plumber with reasonable rates, call Express Plumbing. Eric will do you right. - Jason
