Eric did a very thorough job cleaning the exterior of our home in a very efficient manner. He was helpful to point out things during a walkthrough before and after. His communication was great throughout the process.
Erik did an amazing job cleaning the exterior of my house! The results were great, he was professional, and his pricing was excellent compared to other quotes I received. The house looks so much better, and I’m very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price
I chose Eric because of his response time and the reviews I read. Stop searching and contact him. BTW he was also the best price.
Eric was very professional, meticulous, and transparent. We had a had our driveway power washed, pool screen enclosure cleaned, gutters cleaned, and the out side of the house soft washed.
Eric Williamson did an excellent job with the exterior house washing and roof cleaning services he provided to our home. I normally don’t take time to write reviews online but the very satisfying work he did truly deserves an honest review. Eric was very thorough, efficient and professional. He explained clearly the details of the job he was going to do, and he completely delivered everything he promised, and even went beyond. I highly recommend his services, and I will definitely reach out to him again in the future.
Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. I requested quotes from about 5 different vendors. Not only was Eric the most affordable of the options, he was highly informative, professional, and just genuinely a pleasure to work with. He provided great detail of how the process works and even offered tips for future self servicing (but honestly with his pricing and quality of device, we’ll just always call him!) There was a slight delay of service due to an issue with his trailer, but he communicated and still completed the work within his original time frame (he had given a window of 2 days and we arrived in the afternoon of the second day). He also provided a detail report with before and after photos. In sort, trust worthy, professional, and a rare find in today’s service industry. Thanks Eric! Service area: The Oaks in Kissimmee
The roofing cleaning/washing that Exterior House Washing did on our home was truly exceptional and professionally done. Our roof looks brand new. It was really dirty and now it looks new. Eric the owner was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process. He went into detail about the cleaning solution he uses and why. He explained the power washing process and how important it is to use the correct amount of pressure And solution. Eric informed us of the protection he uses for protecting the vegetation (grass, plants, bushes, etc). Eric watered our vegetation before and after the job to prevent damage to it and he captured all the dirt and cleaning material as it came out of the gutters to protect our lawn and plants. He covered the bushes. His price was excellent!! Also, Eric said he would provide before and after pictures and notify us of any broken tiles he saw during the roof cleaning process. We are extremely happy with the roof cleaning/washing Eric did on our roof. I HIGHLY recommend Exterior House Washing.
Eric did a great job.

Great work, will use Eric again for house wash a roof cleaning when needed!
