Exterior Point replaced 13 windows, a sliding door, and 2 skylights at our townhouse in Morris Plains in August 2026. Stephen Meares was our contact from quote through install. What I appreciated most was the communication before we committed — everything was documented over email in writing: product specs, screens and hardware, skylight installation requirements, cleanup, and warranty coverage. For a project this size, having it all in writing gave real clarity on what was included and what to expect. He also helped us through our HOA's approval process — they rejected frosted glass for our three bathroom windows, and he quickly switched us to regular glass and suggested a frosted film alternative. Once approved, measurements and install were scheduled promptly, and the crew finished on the planned day. One window arrived wrong and they re-ordered and replaced it at no extra charge within about a month. Stephen stayed responsive afterward helping with the Windows warranty registration. Overall a solid experience — communicative and they stand behind their work. I'd recommend them to homeowners who value clear communication and having project details documented in writing.
Thank you for the amazing review, Mayank! We’re glad the details and communication helped you feel confident throughout your window, sliding door, and skylight replacement. It was our pleasure to help you navigate the HOA approval process, as well. Thank you for trusting Exterior Point with your home and for recommending us—we’re always here if you need anything!

We had a great experience with Exterior Point. The team was thorough, professional, and attentive to detail, and the quality of both the design and install of our new entry door was excellent. Everyone we worked with, from billing and project management to the crew, was kind and respectful and cared about the job. Even when we had a question / small issue after completion — they came and sorted it right away. Highly recommend.
