Google reviewers for Extra Space Storage in El Paso, Texas, frequently praise the facility for its cleanliness, security, and the helpful, professional staff who assist with unit selection and move coordination. Customers often highlight the ease of access, including 24-hour entry, and mention military discounts as positive aspects of their experience. Wonderful customer service and clean buildings. I have used them for more than 4 years and never had any issues. Will continue to use their services while stationed in the region. Also they give a good military discount! Alfred at the front desk gives amazing customer service!

The team was very professional today and helpful. They are accommodating to timelines for move outs and can work with you to fit your needs. I’ve only had the storage unit for about a month and they’re very friendly and helpful regardless of only being a customer for a short period of time. Highly recommend this specific location on Resler rd.
