Hi, I just wanted you to know what an awesome job Stephanie did in helping me with my payment today! I had a death in my family and she was so very kind and understanding to allow me to move my payment closer to the end of the month, because I live on a fixed income! She went above and beyond in assisting me and I would like to make a recommendation of a Bonus, Raise or a Promotion! Maybe a day off, she certainly deserves it! Autumn has been Absolutely phenomenal! She is polite, professional, helpful and offered suggestions that totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you for having such a kind and caring person REPRESENTING your company. The First impression is everything and she rocks! I know she’s doing what she is supposed to do as an employee, but please do something extra special for her.
