Reviewers frequently praise the staff for being helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with unit selection and setup. The facility is described as clean, secure, and easy to access, with customers noting the convenience of having personnel present during business hours. However, some lower-rated experiences highlight issues with pricing transparency, unresolved maintenance problems like climate control failures, and occasional difficulties with communication regarding move-out procedures or billing changes.
