The Extra Space location on Streamside Dr. managed by Robby has been clean and convenient. I love the temperature controlled feature. They have been outstanding in service and consideration.

My experience is was great. Robbie was courteous and very friendly . He was knowledgeable and willing to work with me. He showed me the storage space which he thought would work. And when move was completed he called to let me know.
Wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone needing storage.

We looked at several storage places and Extra Space Storage on Route 12 in Santa Rosa was far and away the best. Robbie helped us determine the right size storage unit for our needs, gave us a tour of the facility and showed us the different units. He shared the different pricing options and pros/cons on the different term alternatives. The facility is incredibly clean and well maintained. Robbie did a great job updating us in a positive constructive manner.

No complaints. Storage units themselves do exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and responsive.
