Office personnel, they’re efficient and helpful. They give good service! But it’s an outdoor garage drive-up storage, so the garages are rather dirty

....just when I thought all humanity in a business had gone extinct, a Customer Service Rep, Sean, reminded me that it does in fact exist. I was dealing with a frustrating issue, and instead of giving me the usual corporate runaround, Sean listened closely, took immediate action, and helped resolve both of my issues. Clean. Professional and well-managed. Shawn and the Santa Rosa Ave team take prompt care of their customers and the units on site. Lived out of state and could trust in knowing my belongings were safely stored. My parents also had a unit at this location while downsizing to live abroad.
