I've been trying to get a suede jacket cleaned so I called Extreme. They said they can't do suede but referred me to someone who might be able to. That's integrity! Thank you guys for helping me out. I will absolutely send the rest of my alteration and dry cleaning your way from now on.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience at this dry cleaners. I initially dropped off my wedding dress and my husbands tux to get cleaned after our wedding. They quoted me one number on my wedding dress and I agreed. Two days before pick up, they called again and tried to double to price we had agreed on two weeks ago so I decided not to go through with it. I had confirmed over the phone my husbands tux would be ready on time. We walked in and they had not even started cleaning my husbands tux because they were waiting for the response of my wedding dress. They had my dress for two weeks and were going to rush clean my dress if I agreed to my new OUTRAGEOUS price. I did my research and cleaning a wedding dress should't cost more than $400. My dress didn't even have lace or bedding and they wanted to charge $480 because I had a train and overskirt. I would not do business with them again and I do not recommend because they are overpriced. I am aware how much the wedding industry cost but didn't think cleaning my dress should be this egregious.

I took a 20year old hand beaded couture dress to them with very old blood stains from a traumatic experience, and a newer white dress with dirt all caked onto the train. They were very upfront with me about the blood and the delicate materials. Since the dress was already ruined, I accepted the risk. They brought this beautiful piece back to life. It cost $60 for both dresses, and they're FLAWLESS. I have since recommended their services to anyone in need of salvaging something special.... or just general cleaning. Needless to say, I highly recommend this dry cleaner.
