I met Mr McNeely after my car accident. His knowledge, calm demeanor, and experience guided me through the murky waters of the insanity that surrounds an accident. He has amazing communication skills - he responds quickly and breaks things down into English (vs insurance or legal-speak). While I hope to never need his particular skill set again, I cannot recommend nor thank him enough. ☺️
