Don’t waste your time. Not a true 1% agent unless you are selling a million dollar home. Even then they will try to bait and switch you into a higher commission.

Thank you for the feedback, and I’m sorry I wasn’t the right fit for your sale.
For anyone reading: my listing fee is 1% of the sale price with a $7,500 minimum, and that minimum is posted on every page of my website. On homes selling for under $750,000 the minimum applies, which I shared with you during our very brief conversation. There is no switch to a higher commission. The 1% and the $7,500 minimum are the same terms every seller receives, and I’ve helped many sellers below $750,000 who were happy with the balance of cost and professional representation they received.
There are no upfront fees, and I’m only paid when a home sells. Every seller works directly with me and is never handed off to a team member or a less experienced agent. Every listing receives full-service representation and professional marketing, including photography and a 3D tour, and I personally handle pricing, negotiation and every step through closing. I can’t offer that level of service below the $7,500 minimum, and I’d rather be direct about that up front than promise something I can’t stand behind.

What a great experience we had with Steve Novak & EZ Agents. We tried to sell our home by owner for about 7 weeks before we chose to use a realtor.
