F & O security cameras business is Fraud, be careful. First time i called John Felz to fix my security camera and he did some work . Then he suggested me to upgrade cameras system and ask $1000 to order the cameras and rest of the work was $1500 which should be paid upon completion of the job. He seems nice and friendly person, so i trusted him , Zelle $1000 dollars. After receiving money, he never replied my messages or calls and end up he blocked my number. It has been 3 months and neither showed up nor answered my calls. The work he has done even that is messed up and cameras stop working so i have to call someone else to fix his work again and pay twice. Please Don't give him Business, he very irresponsible , unprofessional and Scammer!

I originally gave this business five stars, but I am updating my review to one star because of my experience with the follow-up service. About two years ago, I hired him to install a security system at my business. There were some delays with the delivery schedule and a lack of communication toward the end of the installation. However, he was very friendly and maintained a positive attitude, which is why I initially left a good review. One of the cameras stopped working less than two years after installation. I contacted him about two months ago, and he said he would come fix it, but he never showed up. When I contacted him again, he helped me access my account through instructions over the phone and by message, which I appreciated. He also said he had ordered a replacement camera so he could replace it during the visit if necessary. Unfortunately, he has never come to inspect the system or repair the camera. Two months later, I am still waiting. I have sent several follow-up messages and am no longer receiving a response. This camera covers a central area of my business, leaving an important section without camera coverage. As a business owner, I need a security system I can rely on and responsive service when something goes wrong. I am also disappointed with the image quality, which is not as clear as I expected given the amount of money I spent. Based on the quality of the system and the lack of follow-through, I do not feel this was a good investment, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this business.

• John

I had a fantastic experience with John, the security camera expert. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and his team was just as pleasant and professional. John was also very caring about how the cameras were placed and was more than willing to readjust them to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them for anyone needing security solutions!

F & O Security is the best at installing and showing you how to use your new security cameras. The owner is very hard working and knows exactly what he is doing. He gave my husband and I beautiful video pictures and sat with me to explain it all.
