I’ve been a member and the biggest fan since Kara opened F45 Downtown Cleveland. The workouts are hard but fun, the studio is spotless (ask me about the time I worked out in socks that stayed white!), the coaches are always there to keep you going, and the community is the best part. Love this F45 and our fit fam!!!!
F45 downtown Cleveland has been my favorite workout class I’ve tried. Their mix of workouts make it easy to stay consistent. The community and coaches are all so great! It’s been fun to meet so many awesome people, Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying F45 and Coach Kara welcomed me with open arms. Her coaching style put me at ease and motivated me throughout the workout. I appreciated her clear directions and corrections, and would highly recommend taking her class! Plus the space is gorgeous and clean and the studio felt crisp and fresh. Thanks Coach Kara!

F45 has been an amazing fitness experience for me, and I’ve completed 100+ camps so far. The workouts are thoughtfully designed, challenging, and consistently engaging, which makes it easy to stay committed and motivated. Kara, JR, and Jake are truly outstanding. Each of them brings professionalism, energy, and genuine encouragement to every session.
