I love these classes! I’ve been taking the resistance ones and they exactly what I wanted, different exercises divided in stations with some repetitions per stations. You get to do so many different exercises that you don’t get bored and the 45 mins fly! The coaches and the members are super welcoming since the very first class. I recommend this studio.
