100 Stars! – The Absolute Best F45!
I have been coming to F45 South McKinney for two years, and the culture here is truly unmatched. It feels like a second family—everyone greets each other with fist bumps and high fives, and we even hang out outside of class!
World-Class Coaches:
Head trainer Amanda and the entire coaching staff truly care about your progress. Even after two years, they still actively correct my form and posture to keep me safe and challenged. They make an effort to know everyone by name and keep things highly personal. A massive thank you to the fabulous coaching crew: Strong, Moses, Edith, Heather, Corrine, Andre, Tucker, and everyone else on the team!
Top-Tier Facility & Cleanliness:
Amanda keeps this studio absolutely immaculate. I have personally seen her staying after hours, dismantling equipment just to clean out the debris. The floors, corners, restrooms, and workout gear are deep-cleaned after every single class, and the bathrooms always smell amazing.
Premium Amenities & Great Location:
The perks here go above and beyond other F45 locations.
Amenities: Complimentary workout and shower towels, water dispensers, and beverages available for purchase.
Convenience: Tons of parking space.
Location: Super easy to get to, right off 75 and Eldorado, next to Trader Joe's.
If you want a clean facility, attentive coaches, and an amazing community of peers, F45 South McKinney is the place to be!

Coach Tucker mumbled something that sounded like he was calling me an “asshole”. He was advising me on an exercise but seemed to get very angry/aggressive when I told him I was following the other coach’s advice + following the demo on screen. As a fitness professional myself, I know how to avoid injury and his advice would have risked an injury.

The coaching staff is so friendly and encouraging. They have pushed and helped me I get back on my fitness journey. I haven’t looked back.
I love that there are 3 strength days, 2 cardio and 2 hybrid class types through the week. And each month-ish is a different cycle. So I’m never bored. The set times make me treat my workouts like an important meeting I can’t miss, which helps me with consistency.
Highly recommend trying tot out if you haven’t!

Best coaches ever!! But Scott is my favorite!!
Technically Tucker but he looks like a Scott to me and will forever be Scott😅
In all seriousness best decision I made post partum! I have come a long way in rebuilding my core in such a short amount of time! Moses, Tucker, Edith, Andre, and whole entire team have helped push or modify when needed. From my first box Jump to first pushup! Thank you all for walking with me through my strength journey.
Much love!
