I had an outstanding experience with Faber and Son Piano Tuning here in Arizona. I worked with James K (one of the owners), and the entire process was beyond expectations from start to finish. James was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. His communication was excellent—clear scheduling, timely updates, and he took the time to explain what my piano needed in a way that was easy to understand. The pricing was very fair and transparent, especially considering the level of skill and expertise he brought to the job. The tuning and cleaning were truly top-notch. My piano sounds noticeably better, feels more responsive, and looks refreshed as well. You can tell James takes real pride in his work and treats the instrument with care and precision. I would absolutely recommend Faber and Son to anyone in the Valley who needs tuning, cleaning, or any piano-related service. Amazing customer service and an overall excellent experience.
