Google reviewers rate the spa 4.9 out of 5 based on 227 reviews, with the owner responding to 92 percent of them. Customers frequently praise the relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and effective results from services like facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. Recurring themes highlight friendly communication, detailed explanations of treatments, and helpful scheduling assistance. However, low-star reviews criticize the membership cancellation process as difficult and deceptive, note that lash services sometimes yield poor retention, and mention that aggressive product sales or rushed treatments can diminish the overall experience.
