My husband and I decided to relocate our family from the Madison area to the Milwaukee area without much knowledge of the city or its suburbs. We were also on a pretty tight schedule, bookended between having our third child in the spring and getting into a house before our eldest started school in the fall. With those factors and the tough, competitive market working against us, we were, in a vast understatement, stressed. But, from the very beginning, Noach and his work ethic helped us keep our cool and remain positive about finding our forever home. Noach understood our wants and needs, helped us shape our parameters, and was always available to tour a home with us. He was quick to respond to any questions and also wasn't afraid to tell us when a home just wasn't worth looking at. It's clear he knows the market in and around Milwaukee. It always felt like he was on our side and wanted us to find the perfect home, at the best value possible. We definitely weren't just a quick deal to him or his team. They saw us as individuals and we always felt heard. And even after a couple of our offers were rejected by buyers, Noach kept us optimistic and strategized with us to write the strongest offers we could. It worked - we moved into our dream home in August 2026. We HIGHLY recommend Noach. He's enthusiastic about his work, knows the market, has a good working relationship with other agents, and truly listens to his clients. If there were six stars to give, we would.

You’ll want to read this real review! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Brian S twice! He helped us buy our first home and then sell it as well. He’s the real deal! Laymen’s terms! I would trust him with my non-speaking English parents! Whatever the obstacle, he’ll find a solution! I in fact entrusted him with my mother in law and he was able to explain the whole process to her despite her not being tech savvy. He’s patient, respectful, and responsive. I would definitely work with him again if my husband and I move back into the area! He definitely deserves a raise!
