Gene was so informative gave my daughter and I a whole lesson on wasps. Refilled our bait traps and more. Quick with the job and professional. Falkin member for life. Thank you!
Falkin is always on time and communicates their arrival. Derek often services our home and always asks if there is anything particular that needs attention besides his normal treatment.
It was a pleasure working with our technician, Gene, at Falkin. He was quick and thorough and highly recommend.
Gene did a great job treating the exterior and interior of my house. He found places where wasps were nesting that none of the other companies I've had out before have found. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and how it would treat my house for pest control. Really impressed with the service overall
Very polite, personable and professional.
Falkin Pest Control has been servicing our home for almost a year now. Gene the technician we prefer is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We have not seen a rodent or any bugs in our home since they have been servicing us. I highly recommend!
Derek Carullo did a very professional job. He explained what he was going to do and finished in a reasonable amount of time.
Gene completed service at our house. He was professional and excellent with communication including texting when he was in route to our house and he texted when he arrived. He also rang the bell, as requested.
Derek communicated very well and top notch service was performed. Thank you!
