I believe that Rascal receives excellent care. I was shocked by the amount of my bill $642.28. The preventative care meds for 6 months were $236.96; I will be searching for a lower price for the remaining 6 months. Excellent care

Thank you for very kind words. We enjoy the happy experiences of life, but are grateful to have the privilege of walking through the difficult ones with such wonderful people and their pets.
The staff was very thorough and empathetic. I appreciated being walked through lab values and not being rushed into any decisions. With that I also was given all of my options and not pigeonholed into one.
Dr. Risser is professional, smart , efficient and friendly. The absolute perfect combination for a veterinarian! Vet tech, Laine, is so sweet with my dog and an obvious lover of all pets.
Dr. Lueth cured our cats respiratory infection. We love this practice. Great vets. We appreciated that we were able to get a priority appointment the same day. It’s a little more expensive but worth it. Dr. Lueth did not rush us and explained everything in detail. Our Himalayan is much happier now. Dr. Crow is an amazing and compassionate veterinarian . She saw another cat I have and Dr. Risser is wonderful too. The latest vet we saw was Dr. Harshman, and he was excellent. He diagnosed my cat with stage 2 kidney disease. My cats won’t eat prescription food so he came up with a good alternative. He has a wonderful personality but they all do and are patient and caring. Staff is very welcoming and friendly . Julie at the front desk is my favorite but they are all very sweet and seem happy. The only negative is that I believe the same day cancellation fees are too high .
we love Dr Luth! he is caring, professional, and very compassionate. He offers new research and treatments along with established knowledge and protocols. He truly cares about our pets and our family.
Great vet! They always take such great care of our pup. Dr. Becker and Dr. Risser answer all of our questions and concerns. All of the staff is kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Kind staff, getting a day of appointment was easy and efficient. You have a large staff, to me this implies that care > priority over cut corners. Check in, check out, tech, Dr. All efficient interactions with separate staff.
