Caleb replaced a faulty screen on my MacBook, and also helped me figure out a charging issue. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Totally recommend for Apple problems!

Had Mother board water damage to my M3 pro. ubreakifix said they wouldn't fix it (but still charged me diagnostic fee). Apple Genius Bar said they'd repair for $1600 dollars. Fallen Apples fixed it for less than a third of the Genius Bar price even with the logic board repair. It was also a fairly quick turn around. I happily recommend.

I brought in an older MacBook that had been sitting with moisture damage for several days — not exactly an easy case. Caleb was fantastic from start to finish. Caleb was amazing! I accidentally dropped my laptop down the stairs, and assumed it was a goner. I got a recommendation for Fallen Apples, and could not be more thrilled. I have my laptop back, the repairs were reasonably priced and the timeframe was reasonable. I hope to not have to use them again for emergency repairs, but I will definitely be taking my computers there for maintenance. Highly recommended!

Been bringing my stuff here for years Caleb Baker is super knowledgeable about his products. He’s working on wouldn’t trust nobody else but him bring your stuff here and you will have no problems later on and if you do bring them back to him and he’ll fix it right up.

Caleb is AWESOME! I have been a customer for years, and he has replaced my battery and microphone, and also repaired some water damage on my aging MacBook. I took my MacBook in for a second opinion on some warranty work that Apple had incorrectly stated was water damage. Caleb did a great job on diagnostics. He explained what the problem was and gave me proof of the lack of water damage. He advised me on my rights and also my next steps. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
