I just got off the phone with Leigh, and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain my options and answer my questions in a way that was easy to understand. This is the first time a family member of mine has been approved for IHSS, and after making several calls and feeling confused and overwhelmed, Leigh made me feel heard, supported, and guided in the right direction. I’m truly grateful for her patience, kindness, and willingness to help. She made a stressful process feel so much easier!

From the very start we have been so happy with Friends and Family Home Care! They were prompt on getting back to us, setting up the intake and finding a provider for our Mom. The communication with the office and her provider has been great. It has made such a difference for Mon and she so looks forward to the time she spends wirh her care provider. As a family it is huge to have someone who cares about her there during the day as we all juggle life responsibilities!
