We also provide our cancellation and no-show policies in writing as part of the scheduling and intake process. I have never had acupuncture done before, so my first time with Natalie was great I can not say enough nice things. Scot also in the office part is a sweetheart.

Natalie is amazing! I have been seeing her for a couple years now and she is so knowledgeable and warm. Scott is always so helpful and on top of scheduling. It's always a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

My experience with Natalie doing acupuncture for the first time was great. She has such a fun and warming personality. The treatment was so relaxing and she even contributed in helping to flip my breech baby. I very much believe in her work and would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie !

I got in quickly after I contacted Family Care Acupuncture.I recieved excellent care .They listened to my needs and treated me accordingly.I felt much better the next day.I will schedule follow up appointment soon.Very relaxing,professional atmosphere.

My son is 17 and has been suffering from injurie/pain from football. We have done several different types of modalities to help him with his pain, PT, massage and Chiropractor; this was in his words " the best thing he has had done to help him." He was nervous at first but Natalie quickly eased that for him, he loved her energy! Not to mention the scheduling and communication was above and beyond from start to finish! Looking forward to his future visits and seeing his pain lessen.

Dr. Natalie is great! She had already intuited one of my favorite essential oils and had it diffusing when I arrived. Beyond that, she was extremely attentive and detailed oriented when doing my intake. Her knowledge is broad, and she was able to connect many dots, taking me in as a whole person. I so appreciate this approach to healthcare. As well, Scott (Dr. Natalie’s admin) is ridiculously attentive. Given that it had been a moment since my last treatment, I was prepared for my body to take a day or two to process the treatment. This is exactly what happened — I felt the areas of need responding, detoxing, processing, and healing. I love what our bodies are capable of when given the gentle nudge of holistic treatment.
