We partnered with Family Industries for a live embroidery activation at the SHRM Annual Conference—and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the planning process to execution, their team was responsive, professional, and a total joy to work with.
Attendees were blown away by the quality and personalization of the embroidered items, and their on-site staff handled everything with efficiency, creativity, and great energy. They truly elevated our booth experience and helped us stand out in a crowded exhibit hall.
If you're looking to add a unique, interactive, and memorable element to your next event, I can’t recommend Family Industries highly enough!
Great customer service, everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. The shirts I ordered came out beautifully and I will definitely work with this team again!

Family Industries exceeded my expectations. Their staff was very professional and super fun! I picked a product they had never done before, they ordered a sample and practiced first. They got back to me with pictures of the samples. Needless to say it was a big hit at our party! Adam and his team were fantastic every step of the way. They made a custom website for my guests including the logo and it blended so well with our party. I can't wait to hire them again for our next event! Seriously the best vendor we hired!
I love bringing unique gifting to each activation and it's always such a fun and smooth process with Adam and the entire Family Industries team! Adam is so passionate about what he does and brings such thoughtfulness to each event. They are the best!

This company was the worst company to deal with they don’t really do to much outside of ordering from companies that you can order from your self at a better price. Everything is Thur email which doesn’t allow you be creative when designing your brand. I would be the first to tell you don’t you use this company it is so many companies out there way better

Thanks for the review though we have never worked with you. Correct, we are not a contract printer which is clearly stated on our website. There are hundreds of print shops in the LA area that will let you bring your apparel into their facilities and have them print on them for you. We are a full service provider which means we do everything from the ground up for our clients and customers including building out tech packs, ordering, shipping/receiving, and more. Sorry our offerings don't match your needs. Hopefully you have better luck with this attitude somewhere else.
