Jason Carrozza helped me navigate through the paperwork and requirements to petition to be the representative of my sister’s estate, to sell her house and to handle all the other aspects of her estate after she passed away unexpectedly. He was very compassionate and understanding and was always available to answer questions. I can’t thank him enough for his assistance as I was trying to process not just my sister’s death but her estate as well.
Jason's work with helping me retool my estate plan following the death of my wife was nothing short of outstanding. For many of us, legal issues involving family estate planning can be downright daunting. For my part, I emerged from our session far less intimated by all the noise and incomplete and incorrect information that is out there.
I needed an attorney to help me settle an estate and Jason was referred to me by my attorney who was in the process of retiring. Jason was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
