Hello, I just wanted to share how thrilled I am with the results of my video. Working with Pooja was such a pleasure—she is warm, kind, and fun to work with. I shared photos from a work event and explained that I wanted the slideshow to tell its story. She immediately understood my vision and brought it to life beautifully. My only homework was choosing the titles and background music, and she loved the three songs I selected. The owner was absolutely amazing from beginning to end, and she made what was already such a meaningful project for my family into an even more special experience. She helped restore my parents’ wedding video, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to show us the process, explain what she was doing, walk us through the results, and even took an interest in the story behind the video and my parents’ wedding. So, story is I messaged Pooja the night before my father's funeral. I needed a videographer for the event and she was the only one who responsed. We exchanged infomations and hashed out a deal. She gave me some pointers on what to expect, because I've never had a funeral video planned out before. She was very knowledgeable, and her 26 years of experience in the field gave me some confidence going into it. While filming you can just tell she is very passionate about what she does, and she cares about the people that are present. She's always trying to get the best view of the event, set up some memorable moments and when idle even gave comfort to the grieving members. My event lasted for two days, and she showed up early for both. I am grateful for the effort she put, and to me it was well worth the money. Upon receiving the final video product my family was very happy with the result. Mainly, because she kept a very open line of communication about what we want for the video. It was to be a memory of a life time, and while she gave advices, the family gets the final input. This has to be the longest review I've written for a service, but it is well deserved. Pooja deserve 5 stars across the board, and I hope you can find her service, beneath all the sponsored Google ones. - Khoa
