Travis is great! Super communicative throughout the whole process. Him and his daughter did fantastic, quick work trimming a large tree and removing a medium tree. Will recommend Travis to anyone who needs tree work going forward!

I had Travis and his family out to remove two dying Spruce. They did a great job at a fair price. He communicated with me regarding arrival time and got here when he said he would. It really is a family-run business, not just a name. I will call Travis when I need any more work done.

It feels increasingly rare these days to find a service that doesn't require us to wade through multiple layers of intermediaries - or worse, wrestle with an AI agent - before we can speak with the people who might actually be doing the job. This is one of those services, and one which I'm happy to've worked with. They're clearly passionate about their work, realistic about costs, and give a good impression: not wanting to merely extract maximum value from the client, but looking to make a genuine and mutually beneficial deal for a job well done. 5/5, would recommend, and would hire again.

I had 3 ash trees that were dead/dying from ash borer. Travis and his team did a phenomenal job for FAR less than the big companies who provided me with quotes. Not only were the trees removed promptly and professionally, but Travis and his team are fantastic people. If I need a tree service in the future I know just whom to call.

Had 3 large trees removed. 2 very close to my house. It was done professionally and without any issues. Travis was great to work with. No pressure and communicative the entire time on what days the service would take place and what was to be done. Definitely will be calling them again in the future. Overall I would recommend family tree service to anyone.

Affordable pricing and great work from Travis!

Very nice doing business with arborist Travis from Family Tree Services! Sent photos of what I needed and he provided a quote range, which was on point when he got there to see in person. I was hoping to remove limb above neighbors side of fence to clear some space over their yard, as well as trim the tree away from the house. Once he got there Travis was kind enough to explain that cutting the limb away would likely hollow that bit out and that I'd probably get the desired result by simply trimming away the branches growing downwards along there. He also mentioned that he could do that and if I wanted more done could always do that after I saw it and decide from there. Very pleased with the results, both of clearing a nice patch away from neighbors side and of trimming back away from the house. Will be using him again!
